Nice find, nice processing! I find The dip of the subject into the left side of the frame a bit distracting. However, this is a very nice capture.

@Anthony Thomason: There isn't a great deal of choice when trying to photograph both the bridge and the mill so the slant to the corner is unavoidable.

superbly composed b&w photo! i love the long exposure smoothing out the clouds and the water and the tonal range is superb as well!

Wonderful picture, like the bridge position, when the eye follows the bridge through the picture. Good grayscale with fine spots of light! Well done Mike!
