Kingstanding Cinema

The old cinema in Kingstanding, Birmingham is one of the finest and most significant remaining Art Deco cinemas in the country. It's dominantly situated at the convergence of six roads and is by far the tallest building in the locality. The cinema was designed for Odeon by Harry Weedon and Cecil Clavering of the Weedon Partnership between 1935 and 1936. The building is no longer used as a cinema but serves as a bingo hall instead.
